This page presents the results of the Retail Price Survey (Trend Edition), publishing the retail prices in the Ku-area of Tokyo for major items and the prices for items with a nationwide uniform price; the prices in the survey results are tax-inclusive prices.
Monthly results have been published since January 2000 (Heisei 12), and annual results since 2001 (Heisei 13).
Regarding "city-by-city retail prices of gasoline," the February 2026 results will be the last, and advance publication will be discontinued; for results from March 2026 onward, please refer to "city-by-city retail prices of major items."
The page provides links to statistical tables for each year and month, and lists explanations concerning changes to the statistical tables and database integration.
